Worldwide Implementation

The smaller ovens and grills can usually be manufactured and delivered within 6 weeks from receipt of order. These are generally delivered by one of our engineers and installed and commissioned by them in 1-2 days. However larger items such as our fully automated omelette lines can take up to 28 weeks to manufacture. The larger lines, most of which are exported, are run and tested at our premises before being stripped down, loaded into containers and shipped to the customer. Once they arrive on site, a team of our engineers will fly out, install and commission the line before handing it over. This can take up to a couple of weeks for a larger line.

Once an order is placed, the customer will be given a contact name to assist with any queries. For the larger lines, a Project Manager will be appointed, and these will follow through the manufacture and installation of the line. We have installed lines as far away as China, Russia and North America.

Framptons appreciates that however hard you try to prevent them, sometimes problems occur, and parts fail. Therefore, wherever possible Framptons locate stockists of parts in the customer’s own country and the names of these suppliers and their part numbers are shown in the installation and servicing manual that is supplied with the line.
