We ship and install anywhere in the world. We have supplied and installed equipment in China, Russia and North America.

Our machines are designed in a semi modular form and so changes to the length or width of the cooking chamber is possible. These changes may incur a cost. Other more complex changes to the design can be incorporated but this will incur costs and a longer delivery.

Provided that we are not manufacturing any ‘special’ equipment that a customer requires us to treat with confidentiality, customers are always welcome to visit. We particularly encourage customers to visit our premises whilst we are building their machines. Changes can still be made at this stage to incorporate additional features, but these may incur a cost and extend the delivery date.

When we are having initial discussions with a customer, wherever possible, we like to discuss the project not just with the buyer or person making the purchase but also with the engineers and production staff. The experience that we have had in the food industry enables us to make sure that the equipment that we sell to them is the correct one for their application and we can often assist them with the process that they are trying to achieve.

Our pastry/ bakery ovens have a three-year parts and labour warranty whilst grills and specialised lines have a twelve-month parts and labour warranty.

Whilst our standard range of equipment covers most requirements in the Food Production industry, there will always be times when a specialised piece of equipment is required. In these cases, we are happy to discuss your requirements and are often able to quote for a suitable machine.

Framptons have manufactured and installed over 1,200 machines. These vary in size from small Fast Food machines up to complete production lines over 40 metres in length. We have supplied and installed equipment not only in Europe but also in China, Japan, South Korea, Israel, South Africa, Russia and North America as well as other Far East and Middle East countries.

Because we have the experience and knowledge to be able to provide you with equipment that will be suitable for your application and will give a long reliable working life. If we are not 100% confident that the equipment will perform as you require, we will not supply it. We have built up a very good reputation over a long period of time and want to keep it.
